“I inherited a Winchester 1897 Shotgun that was my grandfather and father's gun. It was very well worn with virtually no bluing left and the action was unsafe. I didn't want to leave it as a "wall hanger" and was directed by a friend to Simmons for repairs and refinishing. I contacted them in person so they could give me an accurate estimate on the work I wanted done. I did not want to replace the wood but have it refinished. When Simmons called and said it was done, I was convinced this was not my shotgun till they read the serial number to me! I was astounded as to how beautiful it was!
